Received my tree and was very pleased on how well it was shipped. The roots looked healthy and vibrant. It was packed with shredded paper and moisture crystals which most shippers do not use . Now just waiting for Mother Nature to do her thing . Will order from you again Thank you

The bushes arrived in a single cardboard tube, stressed, piled up. very bad customer services, they respond late. They sent my order late. 4 of the bushes did NOT survive, and I asked them by email to replace at least two cherry akebonos that did NOT pass the scratch test. They replied two weeks ago that they sent me the two bushes, and they never arrived. I have bought trees in many places online and these people are not even trustworthy, don't take the risk.

I ordered two apple trees. One tree is a yellow delicious apple tree, and the other is a pink lady apple tree. They Arrived quickly and well packaged with no damage during shipping. Both Trees are very healthy looking and ready to be planted. I can’t wait for the apples to start growing.
