Arrived in a well secured box wrapped with wet paper and hydration gel. Trees were in excellent condition, about 3 ft with a head full of leaves. Planted them same day and seem to have adapted well. No wilting a month later. Planted in early fall, fingers crossed they make it through our mild winter. If not, will definitely be ordering replacements from Green Thumb!

Very professional handling/packaging of trees. One of the trees even came with a support rod. The trees themselves looked fantastic with lots of green leaves, and still do. Very satisfied.

I have had it planted for shy of a week and would normally not attempt a review yet, but it is already starting to bud profusely so it's obviously doing fine. I soaked the roots in a bucket for a couple hours, planted it in tree and shrub soil/ sphagnum peat moss, soaked the soil and put inside by a south window on a heat pad. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the roots. Although they obviously are doing their job, the roots were growing about 3 or 4 inches up the trunk, I guess because of the growing container it was in. The roots had to be pinned down in order to be buried at the proper level to prevent burying the trunk in any kind of unhealthy way. Either way, I will order from them again. The product came healthy and is thriving in less than a week.
