Slow delivery

Got my trees 3 weeks after order. Looks like they were in transit for 3 - 4 days. Arrived in decent shape

One tree missing some bark.

I ordered four McIntosh trees, and received one missing about 1/3 of it's bark, (see pictures) the other three tree's we're in excellent condition. I emailed Green Thumbs Gardens immediately and asked if they wanted to replace it right away or wait and see, as I had planted all four after a two hour water soak as soon as I received them. They got back to me within one day and said wait to see how the tree does.

Great trees

Trees arrived neatly packaged and had great instructions for planting. Like that they had a stake already attached.
